  • Science-Driven Nutrition for Women’s Wellness

    Dr. Kaitie Chakos is a Licensed Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Scientist with a PhD in Human Nutrition. She is passionate about helping women thrive through every stage of life, with a focus on fertility and preconception nutrition, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, PCOS, endometriosis, and menopause.

    Dr. Chakos brings a personal passion to women’s health and is committed to reducing the risk of adverse outcomes through evidence-based nutrition strategies. Her approach combines medical nutrition therapy, nutritional counseling, and patient education with empathy, collaboration, and a focus on building a positive relationship with food through mindful eating and gentle nutrition practices.

    In addition to her women’s health expertise, Dr. Chakos has training in oncology nutrition and continues to contribute to research on breast cancer risk reduction, treatment support, and survivorship. She also has expertise in intermittent fasting, plant-based nutrition, gut health, and metabolic wellness.
